Spicy Miso Ramen

Miso paste, chili oil, garlic, soy sauce

Ingredients

Fresh ramen noodles2 bundles
Chicken bone broth4 cups
Soft-boiled eggs2
Bean sprouts1 cup
Scallions3 stalks, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp
Bok choy2 heads

Notes

Broth tastes best after simmering for at least 30 minutes. Add chili crisp for extra heat.

Steps

Bring broth to a simmer with garlic, ginger, and miso paste.

Cook noodles separately until just tender.

Blanch bok choy and prep toppings.

Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, toppings, and finish with chili oil.
